This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations may be granted, as well as the procedures for requesting them. 1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only under specific conditions:

If a service has not yet been delivered.

If a consultation is canceled by Jade B Consulting before it takes place.

If technical or scheduling issues prevent service delivery and cannot be reasonably resolved.
Once a service has been delivered (e.g., a consulting session completed or materials provided), it is considered non-refundable.
2. Requesting a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [admin@jadebconsult.com] within 30 days of purchase.

Please include your name, contact information, and proof of purchase.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Cancellations by Clients

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a consulting session with at least [24–48 hours]notice, at no additional charge.

Cancellations with Notice: If you cancel a session with at least [24–48 hours] notice, you may request a refund or apply the fee as a credit toward a future session.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel less than the required notice period or fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
4. Cancellations by Jade B Consulting

In the rare event that Jade B Consulting must cancel a scheduled session, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Our consulting services are designed to provide insights, strategies, and professional guidance. However, business outcomes may vary, and Jade B Consulting makes no guarantees regarding specific results. Dissatisfaction with outcomes does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately when posted on this page.
